Terrible company who doesn't pay out unless you are suffering from a serious illness. Any else is NOT COVERED,
ConsConvoluted health insurance
Shameful company, they will endeavour to find any clause not to cover/refund you. The protection product is not what it is sold to be.
NHS wait times for surgery are long and unfortunately my operation was offered and I was unable to attend the concert as planned-exactly why we brought this product in case this happened because I would need to recover.
They stated my operation was linked to a pre-existing illness/problem therefore they would not cover us?! Absolutely shameful and completely inexcusable.
Please do not waste your money, there are so many reviews online detailing the same. This company needs investigating for misleading customers. I am contacting the financial Ombudsman regarding my complaint as it was miss sold and inaccurate.
If I could give no stars I would.
ProsAbsolutely nothing good about this company.
Ordered tickets online week in advance. They said they sent them snail mail. Who does that these days? Got to concert and got in, then another guy showed up with tickets he bought stubwire and they were same seats as mine. Never buying from them again
ConsPoor delivery service and double sell seats
Do NOT insure with this company - I bought tickets for my best friends birthday for the 1st October at the O2 and sadly her Mother has passed away.
Paid £11.30 for protection with this company only for them to say that they won’t process the refund - it was just over £500 so the management insisted that I ask my friend for her Mothers death certificate as proof as they can’t take my word for it!! My friend is grieving - how can anyone expect someone to do that? - Completely immoral - I am contacting all possible regulatory bodies - absolutely furious.
Filled in all documentation as requested and have fulfilled against terms and conditions. This company is a scam, they give no justification for refusal.
ConsUnprofessional, uncaring company. Should be held to account for stealing peoples money
Ticket Plan terms and conditions demand that you need a signed medical form in order to get a refund - you can’t see a doctors even if you are terminally ill! You have NO CHANCE of getting a refund - so don’t waste your money. Their terms and conditions are impossible to fulfil in the COVID climate.
ConsTheir terms and conditions do not take into account that due to COVID people can no longer get to see a doctor face to face to get a medical form signed. Their terms and conditions need updating in light of COVID.
If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. They state that they will refund in case of illness I did this as I had a doctors note stating my illness like they required and spent hours filling in their long and arbitrary form and they have not replied even though I paid extra for their "refund protection". It has now been 2 months I sent a chaser email they responded asking me not to send chaser emails so I attempted to call them and then I found out they have no phone number "due to covid" extremely poor service and customer service. I highly recommend never using ticket plan as your ticket provider as they do not care about their customers, only their money.
ConsGreedy and incopitant
There is a class action lawsuit.

I did not get one penny refund.
"They are thieves. Avoid them at all costs. You get more reliable service from a crackhead in a big city. These guys just stole my money. I purchased tickets for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, but since it got cancelled due to Coronavirus I asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund back in May 2020, now it is August and I still have not received a dime back. I tried calling and e-mailing, but nothing. They are not answering the calls or replying to e-mails. They just took everyone's money and ran off. The President of the company Robert F. Long and owner Sead Dizdarevic are all thieves. There is going to be a lawsuit soon. Sead Dizdarevic net worth is over $1,000,000 so I know he can afford the refund. I hope he gets arrested for fraud."
Buying 2 $12 tickets cost me $34 due to unnecessary fees. They charge a large convenience fee and they charge an extra fee to text you the ticket (which I bought and they still didn't do)
Consthey rip you off
Cosport are scammers
ConsThey rip you off any opportunity they get
How can I give it negative amount of stars? This is a clear scam, cashing on trust, just looking for reasons not to pay, there is nothing about protection and insurance. I am based in continental Europe, all flights are cancelled, borders are closed, embassies are closed so even if I wanted to risk my health and stand in the crowd at the concert I have booked in June, I can’t even get a visa to UK, I can’t get to UK. “We understand you can’t have the documents ready, it’s your problem”. What kind of insurance is this?
Don't allow yourself to be scammed by these crooks. They will charge you nearly double what you would pay to a reputable seller.. Then, if the show is postponed, they will not provide a refund. I bought tickets for a particular show on a specific date (when out of town guests plan to visit). Now that the show has been postponed, and I have requested a refund, they have refused. They explained to me that I was mistaken to believe that I had bought tickets for a particular date and that I must not have read the fine print on their website that says once you bought the tickets, you own them.
To others who have had a similar experience with these crooks, please take the time - as I will - to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and local government. It's important that we warn others of the business practices of TicketOffices.com
ProsEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer Service is Great. They answer right away.
ProsGood Customer Service
Folks, there is a good reason that 45% off the reviews for this scam company are average/fair/poor. With 29% of the total being poor. I had a legit reason to request a refund - more on that below. But when I called them I was on the phone for 40 minutes and got bounced around to 4 different people. I was told: We do not refund money under any circumstance. They absolutely suck. Avoid them.
They sold me tickets at 44% above face value, but at the point of ordering it all looked legit. Then $68 added for a service fee, then $7 fee to EMAIL the tickets. Really? You can be an astute shopper, and even then it all looks legit at the point off purchase.
So why did I want a refund, which they completely refused to do? Cuz the event I bought tickets for changed to a different event, but happened to include the original individual act as part off a tribute multi-performer act. They totally suck, and the reason there are any positive reviews is that they create a lot of fake accounts then give themselves 5 stars.
ProsThey are skilled at looking legit
ConsPlenty. Read my story
I ordered tickets to a little concert at a small location. The tickets were supposed to arrive the day before. I saw they had not arrived the night before. I worked & had a busy day. I left work early to drive to the venue with my receipt, thinking they'd have a record. The venue had no record. 15 mins before still no ticket. I tried to call but could get through. The IVR said enter order number. I entered it. It asked same question, enter order number. I did. It asked for it again & again. I was trapped in this stupid loop & couldn't get a person. I had to buy the ticket at the front. I found out at that time that they (TicketOffices.com) had charged 4.5x the face value. This is beyond reasonable. I contacted the BBB & the company told the BBB I didn't contact them. Lies! I couldn't get a hold of a person. These guys are shady. Don't forget to contact the BBB & FTC. They don't deserve to be in business; they need to be shut dowb.
*No faithfulness to their guarantee.
I will keep this short. I have paid for refund protection which should mean i can claim for a refund if i am unable to attend. Which it does not. I am now unable due to child care. You need to provide a reason to great length and detail. Therefore mine is not adequate to receive my money back. So i have now paid for something i will not be attending. All i got was a sorry. Thanks ticketplan. Stay away.
ConsYou will not get your money back.
These people don't even deserve one star. Venue I purchase tickets for was advertised at $9. Only after I made my payment did the money change from $9 to over $19. Called customer service and a Shenel D. on the other end was rude and said that there was nothing that I could do to get my money back. I called my credit card company to hopefully put a stop payment on this.
ConsUnethical business practices. Hiding fees behind windows that you cannot access until after you have made payment. Very poor customer service.
