PLEASE DO NOT BUY PROTECTION

Shameful company, they will endeavour to find any clause not to cover/refund you. The protection product is not what it is sold to be.

NHS wait times for surgery are long and unfortunately my operation was offered and I was unable to attend the concert as planned-exactly why we brought this product in case this happened because I would need to recover.

They stated my operation was linked to a pre-existing illness/problem therefore they would not cover us?! Absolutely shameful and completely inexcusable.

Please do not waste your money, there are so many reviews online detailing the same. This company needs investigating for misleading customers. I am contacting the financial Ombudsman regarding my complaint as it was miss sold and inaccurate.

If I could give no stars I would.
